Kek Pisang


Malam tadi berkesempatan membuat kek pisang memandangkan ada lebihan pisang emas dirumah. Masa yang diambil untuk membuatnya agak cepat, 20 minit persediaan dan 30-35 minit masa membakar. Maaf sekiranya gambar yang diambil tidak begitu jelas kerana diambil dari handphone saja. Ok, ini dia bahan-bahannya dan cara-caranya:

Bahan-bahan:
4-5 biji pisang emas (dilenyek)
2 cawan tepung serbaguna
1 cawan gula castor
1 cawan marjerin
2 sudu kecil soda bikabornat
1 sudu kecil baking powder
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
2 biji telur (saiz sederhana)
1/2 cawan susu segar
1 sudu besar minyak mazolla

Cara-Cara:
1.Putar gula dan marjerin bersama sehingga kembang.
2.Masukkan esen vanila dan telur sebiji demi sebiji dan putar lagi sehingga betul2 kembang.
3.Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit, soda bika dan baking powder diselang-seli dengan susu segar.
4.Masukkan minyak dan putar lagi sehingga adunan betul2 kembang dan ringan.
5.Sapu sedikit minyak pada acuan dan masukkan adunan kedalam oven.
6.Bakar pada suhu 180degree celcius selama 35 minit dan siap.

My Choc Cornflakes and Choc Bar


Hi all. Last weekend I manage to do my Chocolate Cornflakes. My kids love it very much because it was crunchy and taste like a real chocolate. So I'm gonna share with you my homemade receipe for this.

Ingredients:
250 grm chocolate bar (Beryl milk chocolate)
A boiling water
3-4 cups of cornflakes (crunch it)

Steps:
1.Boil a water first and put the boiling water into a bowl.
2. Divide your choc bar into 2 parts. One part you chop it and another one you just put inside your bowl and arrange it on top of your boiling water.

3.Wait until the chocolate melt.
4.Put your crunch cornflakes into the chocolate and mixed it.

5.Using a spoon, take the mix choc and cornflakes into your paper cup and put into freezer for 5 minutes. Then it will be ready to eat.

MY CHOCOLATE BAR

I'm also manage to do my choc bar. It was my pleasure if anybody interested to know more detail about this product or would like to order for party/wedding gifts. Here is some of the design which I manage to decorate:

Chocolate Bar design with a wrapping paper and wrapping organza (with ribbons). The size was 3.5cm x 7cm.


Both above, RM2.50 each.


Chocolate bar, just with a foil, RM1.50. Same size as above.


Mee Hailam



Hah, sempat jugak aku memasak mee hailam sabtu lepas. Mula-mula ingat nak buat mee goreng tapi dah biasa buat menu tu, jadi tukarlah menu sikit.. buat mee hailam.. bahan2 dia aku buat dengan apa yang ada dalam peti ais. Nasib baik lah cukup bahan2 dia..ok, ni dia...


Bahan-bahan:
1 paket mee
5 batang isi ketam (dipotong dadu)
sedikit isi ayam (dipotong kecil)
seketul tauhu telor (dipotong dan digoreng)
5-8 ketul udang galah
3 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk)
2 ulas bawang merah (ditumbuk)
5 biji lada hitam (ditumbuk)
1/2 inci halia (ditumbuk)
sedikit lada sulah
sedikit garam
sedikit gula
2-3 sudu sos tiram
1 sudu besar tepung ubi
1 biji telur
sedikit air masak
1-2 sudu besar kicap pekat

Cara-Cara:
1. Potong tauhu telur dan goreng, kemudian ketepikan dahulu.
2. Keluarkan mee dari paket, basuh dan rendam dengan air panas selama 10-15 minit dan kemudian toskan.
3. Masukkan sedikit minyak dalam kuali dan tumis bahan2 yg telah ditumbuk tadi sehingga naik bau.
4. Masukkan isi udang, ayam dan ketam dan tumis sehingga bahan2 ini hampir masak.
5. Masukkan sos tiram dan kicap pekat. Tambah sedikit air sekiranya kuah menjadi sedikit.
6. Masukkan sayur sawi dan tauhu telur yg telah digoreng tadi.
7. Masukkan garam, gula dan lada sulah (secukup rasa).
8. Bancuh tepung ubi bersama air dan masukkan ke dalam kuali dan kacau. Jika terlalu pekat, tambah sedikit air.
9. Akhir sekali, masukkan telur dan kacau.
10. Setelah telur sebati bersama kuah tadi, bolehlah tutup air dan masukkan ke dalam mangkuk.
11. Kuah mee hailam ini sedap dihidang panas2 bersama mee tadi.

Seafood Bolognese


Last night I made a Spagetthi Bolognese Seafood for our dinner. It is simple and easy to cook and my kids love it very much. I just use what ever ingredient I can found from my freezer. At last there is some crab meat and fish fillet so I quickly took it out and start cooking. It just take me about 10-20 minute to prepare all these.So, here it is...
Ingredients:
1 tomato (medium size)
5 garlics
1 bangle onion
2 tablespoon dried blended chili
4-5 sticks of crab meats
A piece of fish fillet/scallops/prawns
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 packet of spagetthi
1 tea spoon parsley/oregano
1 tin of spagetthi source (Prego Traditional Source)

Methods:
1.Chop the tomato, garlic and bangle onion into small pieces.
2.Cut your crab meats/fish fillet/scallops/prawn into small.
3.Boil some water and put in your raw spagetthi and wait until it cooked.
4.Toss the spagetthi and put into a big bowl and add in some olive oil to prevent it from sticking.
5.Heat a pan and put the olive oil.
6.Fried the garlic and onion and fried until brown colour, then add in some parsley/oregano.
7.Put in a dried blended chili and stir it together.

8.Add in some sugar and salt.
9.Add in your crab meats/scallops/fish fillets/prawns into a pan and stir it until all meats are almost cooked.
10.Add in the chopped tomato and your pasta source and cooked for another 5-8 minutes and presto, done.
11.Once done, you can put some cheese into your spagetthi to make it much more tastier.

Apom Polka Dot Kukus



Yeaahh.. berjaya membuat apom polka dot untuk kali kedua.. yg first tu tak sempat nak upload gambar dan resepi. Semalan balik agak awal, jadi berkesempatanlah membuat apom ni. Rasanya apom ni paling senang dibuat dan paling mudah. Bergantung kepada kretiviti kita untuk jadikannya menarik. Ada sesetengah orang meletak filling (isi) ke dalam apom ni atau ada yang buat bentuk dan corak yang berlainan.

Ok, berikut adalah bahan2nya:
2 biji telur
1 cawan gula castor
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan susu segar (full cream)
1 sudu kecil ovalette
2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
2 sudu kecil esen vanilla
pewarna mengikut citarasa

Cara-Cara:
1. Panaskan kukusan dahulu dengan api besar.
2. Ayak tepung bersama soda bikarbonat.
3. Mesin telur dan gula hingga kembang, kemudian masukkan esen vanilla dan ovalette.

4. Masukkan tepung dan susu berselang seli dan pukul sehingga kembang.
5. Setelah kembang, bahagi kepada beberapa bahagian dan warnakan mengikut citarasa anda.
6. Masukkan bahagian2 tadi ke dalam beg pipping dan tuang ke dalam acuan.

7. Kukus selama 10-15 minit dan siap.

Marble Cake

Last month, my friend post her picture of marble cake and it looks so tempting. She asked me to try her receipe so I did. Btw, her facebook was Nor Rafidah Omar. I took some of her receipe but I alter it myself to suite with my taste.. hehe.. so, here is the receipe, simple and easy:


Marble Cake:
3 eggs (large size)
1 cup of Daisy Margarine
3 cups of flour
1 cup of castor sugar
esen vanilla
2 tea spoons of baking powder
coloring (pink and green)
2-3 table spoons of milk powder

Steps:
1. Pre heat oven at 160-190 C degree.
2. Stir eggs, margarine and sugar until it smooth (you can feel it very light).
3. Then, put 1 tablespoon of vanilla and stir it together at high speed.
3. Put in flour little by little with slow speed.
4. Put also the baking powder and milk powder.
5. Stir it together with high speed for about 10-20 minute until it smooth. The color of your mixture will change from yellow to light yellow and you can feel that it's very light.
6. Divide your mixture to 3 part, one part with original color, one part with pink color and another is green color.
7. Put some margarine into your mould.
8. Put the mixture into mould layered by layered to get the pattern of your coloring.
9. Heat in oven for about 30-45 minutes.

Resepi Nasi Lemak Ibunda (Wak Jah)

Ok, this receipe came from my mother. She use to sell 'nasi lemak' when I was a kid and this is how she afford to raise our family together with my late father who's working only as a technican. I'm very proud of my mother and my late father. I still remember that when I was young, I woke up early in the morning and help them prepare the ingredient and get ready to go to school. Before I go to school, I use to take in charge of taking care the early customer buying our nasi lemak. Ok, here is the receipe (written in malay):

Nasi :
3-4 cawan beras (4-6 org makan)
2 helai dauh pandan
1 inci halia (dihiris)
2 ulas bawang putih (dihiris)
1 ulas bawang besar (dihiris)
garam
1 biji kelapa (diperah untuk santanya)
sebatang serai (di titik)

Sambal Cili:
10 biji cili kering (direbus dan dikisar)
5 biji bawang merah (dikisar)
3 biji bawang putih (dikisar)
1 inci halia (dikisar)
asam jawa
gula merah
gula
garam

Bahan-bahan lain
200 gram ikan bilis (digoreng garing)
4 biji telur ayam (direbus)
1 batang timun (di potong)
100 gram kacang (digoreng)

Cara-cara:
1. Basuh beras dan toskan
2. Masukkan beras ke dalam periuk bersama-sama santan, bawang, halia, serai dan sedikit garam
3. Hidupkan api dan tutup sehingga masak
4. Untuk sambal, rebus cili kering sehingga lembut
5. Setelah cili lembut, toskan airnya dan letakkan air biasa dan kemudian ramas-ramas sedikit sebelum dikisar (tujuan: untuk mengasingkan bijinya). Gunakan sarung tangan plastik untuk meramas, jika tidak tangan anda akan berasa panas cili.
6. Ambil cili yg telah diramas ini dan di kisar dan asingkan ke dalam bekas A
7. Masukkan bawang dan halia ke dalam blender dan kisar bersama kemudian masukkan hasil kisaran ini ke dalam bekas B
8. Untuk memasak sambal, letak sedikit minyak ke dalam kuali
9. Masukkan bahan B dan tumis hingga naik bau
10. Setelah naik bau, masukkan bahan A ke dalam kuali
11. Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa
12. Agak-agak setelah 10-15 minit memasak sambal, masukkan pula air asam jawa dan sedikit gula merah
13. Masak sambal sehingga keluar sedikit minyak dan barulah tutup api.

Maka sambal telah pun siap, nasi lemak telah tanak, ikan bilis dan kacang telah digoreng dan telur sudah direbus. Jika ada daun pisang, bolehlah dibungkus ke dalam daun pisang. Jika tiada, makan dalam pinggan pun apa salahnya.. sekian..terima kasih mak!

How to make your own chocolate


Well, this is just a basic step on how you can make your own homemade chocolate:
1. Find any choc bar from bakery shop
2. Melt the choc bar using double boil water
3. Put the melt chocolate into mould
4. Put in freezer for a while (maybe 10-20 minutes, depends)
5. Take out from freezer and extract it from the mould. No need to put back in freezer.
This is just a basic step for making a chocolate. To make it more fancy, you can buy your fancy mould and put different color into your melt white chocolate into the mould.

Nasi Ayam Penyet

So, agak lama tak tulis dan kemaskini blog ni.. buat coklat mengikut tempahan sahaja.. jika ada tempahan, barulah buat. Ok, just want to share something that last weekend, my mother, MIL, FIL, my adopted sister with her daughter was "in the house!". So I made some "Nasi Ayam Penyet" for them, and all of them like it very much, ecpecially the soup... here is the receipe:

Ayam:
1 ekor ayam
2 sudu serbuk kunyit
2 sudu serbuk kari
1 inci halia (ditumbuk)
5 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk)
1 sudu ketumbar (disangan dan ditumbuk)
1 sudu intan manis (disangan dan ditumbuk)
1 sudu jintan putih (disangan dan ditumbuk)
2 sudu serbuk lada putih

Nasi:
3 cawan beras (untuk 5-6 org makan)
5-6 cawan periuk sedang air rebusan ayam
1 ketul kiub ayam knorr
sebatang kayu manis
5 biji buah pelaga
3 biji bunga lawang
2 ulas bawang putih (dihiris halus)
1/2 inci halia (dihiris halus)
sedikit mentega/minyak sapi untuk menumis

Sambal:
5 biji cili merah besar (digoreng layu)
5 biji cili api (digoreng layu)
sedikit belacan (digoreng)
segenggam ikan bilis (digoreng)
gula dan garam sedikit
1 buji buah tomato

Cara-Cara:
1. Ayam direbus dahulu dan simpan air rebusan untuk masak bersama nasi dan sup.
2. Keluarkan ayam dari periuk dan gaulkan bahan2 untuk ayam tadi sehingga sebati dan perap (2-3 jam). Letak sedikit air jika campuran agak kering.
3. Basuh beras dan toskan.
4. Tumis bahan2 untuk nasi sehingga naik bau.
5. Masukkan beras yang telah dibasuh dan masukkan 3-2 cawan air rebusan ayam ke dalam periuk nasi.
6. Untuk sambal, goreng layu bahan2 yang disebut diatas dan kisar bersama-sama.
7. Masakkan semula sambal yg telah dikisar ini ke atas kuali dan letakkan sedikit garam dan gula.
8. Untuk membuat sup, ambil air rebusan ayam tadi dan masukkan kayu manis, buah pelaga, bunga lawang bersama kiub ayam.
9. Tambah sedikit garam dan gula mengikut rasa.
10. Akhir sekali, goreng ayam yg telah diperap tadi.
11. Potong salad dan tomata untuk dimakan bersama nasi ayam ini.

Maka, terhasillah Nasi Ayam Penyet ini..sekali sekala buat bagus jugak.. anak2 suka makan sup ayam.. ayam yg digoreng adalah lembut kerana telah direbus dahulu.
